about me

I was born and raised in Bristol and started drawing as soon as I could hold a pencil. As I grew older I would paint with oils for hours and hours. After completing a foundation course at the West of England Art College in Bristol I started a career in Graphic Design. Because other things in my life took precedence, I regrettably gave up all artistic endeavours for over twenty five years!

My interest in rock music and the movies became the subject matter that fired my imagination and enthusiasm once again to create paintings that I could get excited about and could relate to. I have nothing pretentious to say about my paintings, only that I enjoy what I do and hope other people can also relate to the iconic images that I have produced.

It has taken me over a year painting in my spare time to produce the paintings that you see on this web site and I have enjoyed every minute of it.
